Reliable Computer Solutions, Inc. (RCS) originated in 1986, in the home of Edwin Troyer, as a software support company for major RV manufacturers and started to become his main focus in 1988. A few years later as the reputation of the company became known for Ed’s real life experience in production as well as for honesty and integrity more industries asked for his assistance, the business continued to grow into a corporation with private stocks. RCS is located in White Pigeon, Michigan just off Interstate 80/94 with its influence reaching East to Washington D.C., as far West as the states along the coast and as far south as Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. Today RCS has developed their own comprehensive manufacturing software Suite along with numerous other packages, including transportation, web based order entry system for manufacturing clients, paper products production tracking for Tyco subsidiary, “EWR” -reporting to the Federal Government from manufacturers, etc.

Ed developed his skill in navigating a computer system on an early 80's mainframe system. While working in an engineering environment he realized the need for a software related company that would be readily available to develop solutions and be able to support a new and constantly changing industry. With his experience in manufacturing Ed designed the ESP Comprehensive Manufacturing software from the perspective of a user both in inputting and in retrieving data and not just an idea with impressive graphics like so many software companies have been doing that in the end do not deliver. RCS offers one of the most integrated, reliable and cost effective (balance between cost and being on the cutting edge) information solutions on the market for manufacturing industries producing products that are towable, motorized or both.

Wes earned his programming degree from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana and gained valuable experience from several different companies before taking charge of the programming department at RCS. Wes had been the chief programmer in an RV manufacturing environment and is experienced in understanding the flow of data in these settings. The ESP software was born as a result of the turn of the century problem which Wes had an integral part in developing it into one of the most effective, reliable, integrated manufacturing software packages on the market today consistently outperforming more costly but less efficient programs. Wes also heads up the ESP support teams and has a staff of professional, trained experts on hand to quickly answer questions and solve any challenge that might arise.

RCS has a national customer base and is focused on continuing to design their software to include the international market. RCS has been listening closely to their customer's needs in today's world and offers affordable and effective solutions linking the technology of today with the continuously evolving technology of tomorrow.
