ESP Software Support Matrix

(a, b, c)

  • Includes user renewed license and software lease.
  • Includes updates; technical and procedural support by E-mail, phone, high speed internet access (on site and related services invoiced separately).
  • Includes up to 3 hours of monthly basic support (not accumulative for the next month).
  • Support is logged at 15 minute blocks of time. Any support over the listed monthly support level is billable at the current scheduled rate.

(d)

  • “EWR” Early Warning Reporting updates and off site support.
  • Unauthorized modifications to the system or software will void any RCS responsibility for any recovery or support services.
  • Due 1 st day of each month, $25 charge for late payment.

All charges will double if invoice is over 60 days past due with services on a cash basis only. One (1) month reinstatement fee.

  • Equipment not approved by RCS may required an extra support charge.
  • Extra support charges for assistance in correcting user input error may occur.
  • Data transfers, data corrections, user errors, training, programming or any other related services outside of the normal ESP software support and upgrades are invoiced at current RCS Schedule rates . Normal $150 to upload any requested software changes outside of the regular scheduled software updates.
  • On site visits do not include travel or related expenses
    • RCS end-user license; Intellectual Property Rights; Standard Software Support Policies, Terms and Conditions of Sales and Services and any other existing company policy applies to all RCS services.
    • Number of License users will be updated on a regular basis and reflected on the monthly support invoices.
    • License to increase the number of users:
      • (e)$500 - one time charge per 5 users PKG for user license and setup fees
      • (f) $50 -$40 monthly support increase per 5 users PK
